Evaluation
Evaluations are $75 and will last an hour (driving fee applies for in-home evaluations). During this time we will gauge the dogs temperament while discussing current behavior issues and routine. We will then watch you work the dog both with and without distractions. Finally we will work the dog in your presence. After all of this is complete we will be able to lay out a training package to best fit the needs of you and your dog.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are a great option for owners who are looking to work one on one with a trainer at our training center or in your home in order to teach basic on leash commands all the way to advanced off leash obedience while also eliminating behavior issues such as leash pulling, barking, jumping, chewing, digging, counter surfing, etc. Private lessons are also appropriate for some behavior modifications such as fear, anxiety & aggression, more severe behavior modification is best suited for our intensive Stay & Train programs.
The number of lessons needed will be determined during your evaluation. Every dog and owner are different, so we will design a training plan to fit your individual needs. During each lesson we will teach you the fundamentals and you will work with your dog daily at home to achieve the desired results. You will also learn how to properly motivate your dog to do the things you’d like while also correcting the things you do not like. The goal of this program is to open the lines of communication and improve the bond between you and your dog.
Stay & Train Programs
Our Stay & Train programs are a lifestyle training program in which your dog will stay with a trainer, in their home, for a period of 2, 3, or 4 weeks in order to provide round the clock training to remove bad habits, remedy behavioral problems & instill a consistent routine for both dog and owner. Stay & Trains are a great option for owners who want their dogs to learn on & off leash obedience while also eliminating behavioral issues, as well as dogs that need more intense behavior modification for things such as fear, anxiety, aggression, etc.
*The length of program will be determined by the trainer at your evaluation based on the needs of the dog & owner. All Stay & Trains include 3 transition lessons to ensure what we teach your dog transitions from our home to yours.*
